Paxiusi Operations Privacy Policy

This policy covers Paxiusi Operations, the private business operations tool used by the Paxiusi team that operates PixelPineCorner. It covers the tool's handling of data obtained through authorized Google connections. The store privacy policy separately describes the shopping website.
Google data we access
Access depends on the connection and permissions actually granted. This can include Google Cloud project identifiers, enabled APIs and access-role information; Google Workspace organization and directory records, such as company domains, users and administrative roles; and Google Ads account, campaign configuration and performance data.
If the company authorizes the corresponding resources, additional connections can access Merchant Center account and product information, Google Analytics account/property metadata and analytics reports, and Search Console website metadata and search performance reports. Merely listing these connections does not mean that every connection is active. This application setup does not itself authorize access to mailbox contents, Google Drive files or calendars.
How we use the data
We use authorized data to operate and administer company resources, manage company advertising and product information, produce business reports, diagnose connection problems and maintain operational audit records. We do not sell Google user data or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We do not use it to build advertising profiles for unrelated third parties.
Storage, access and sharing
Operational records, reports and authorization material are maintained in company-controlled systems. Access is limited to authorized personnel and services supporting the relevant business operations. Credentials are handled separately from public application information and are not published on this website. Shopify hosts these public information pages; the pages themselves do not provide access to the private tool.
Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers used to operate the tool, only for those operations, or disclosed where required by applicable law. We do not make company Google data publicly available through these pages.
Retention, revocation and deletion
We retain information only as needed for the stated operational purposes, security, audit and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Authorized company administrators can revoke the tool's product access or organization delegation in the relevant Google administration settings. Revoking access stops subsequent authorized retrieval but does not automatically erase previously stored records.
To request review or deletion of stored data or authorization records, contact admin@pixelpinecorner.com. Records subject to required retention, and copies in existing backup cycles, may remain until the applicable requirement or backup lifecycle ends.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Paxiusi Operations' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
