Processing Time

Please allow 5‑8 business days for us to create, inspect and pack your order before shipment.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Custom‑made orders may require slightly longer processing time.

Domestic Shipping

Once dispatched, domestic shipping normally takes 3‑5 business days.
Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed, delays may occur due to courier circumstances.

International Shipping

For international orders: shipping transit time is 5‑10 business days after dispatch.
Please note:
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees or local taxes charged by your country.
  • We do not have control over customs clearance delays. Delivery dates are estimates only.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping address cannot be modified after your package has been shipped.
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please first check with your local post office or neighbours, then reach out to us.
  • We are not liable for lost packages marked as delivered by the courier service.
